Data released earlier this week from the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report reveals that many tweens, teens, and young adults in the United States are engaging in risky sexual behavior and are now experiences negative reproductive health outcomes. Though many of these negative sexual outcomes have been declining for the past decade, it now seems as if this progress may be slowing. Are America’s teens in need of sex education? Prepare yourselves -- as the number of cases of pregnancy, abortion, STDs, AIDS and HIV affecting US teens may upset you.
