This upcoming Monday commemorates Labor Day. This holiday is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our nation.
Though I hope you enjoy your Labor Day holiday - maybe go to the beach, have a BBQ or come to the realization that summer is over. For those of us who may be a bit more unconventional, I would like to remind you of some precautions that you can take to avoid a "labor day" approximately 9 months from now. Yes, to NOT partake in a labor day event, make sure you are using birth control every time you have sexual relations. Though no method of contraception - apart from abstinence - is 100% effective, using birth control (CORRECTLY!) will greatly reduce your chances of having creating a whole new "twist" on this time honored holiday.
