Natural family planning methods are wonderful birth control options if you are allergic to latex condoms, can't use hormonal contraceptives, or if you have religious values against using artificial birth control methods.

Yet in order for NFP to work, you need to really understand the fertility awareness method that you have chosen. Plus, your partner needs to be on board with this decision.
