When it comes to using a diaphragm, there are some actions that are a must. These include always using spermicide with your diaphragm as well as inspecting it regularly for any holes or tears. However, another equally important thing to know is how to tell if its time to replace your diaphragm. After all, you want it to be effective at preventing pregnancy and using a diaphragm that is either too old or damaged can significantly affect how well it works.
