iPhone app
- For the iPhone an app exists which will play an alarm to remind you to take your pills. The app is called Med Reminder. I love it!

At the Cafeteria
- I'm a teenager so I spend my listless days withering away at the torture chambers of high school. I keep my pills in my wallet right next to my cafeteria card, so that every lunch after I buy my food, I pop that little sucker in. :)

Toothpaste
- I keep my pill pack on top of my toothpaste - this way, when I go to brush my teeth at night, I have to pick up my pill pack and this reminds me to take my pills!!

Keep the pills in my wallet
- I keep my pills in my wallet because I have a tendency to switch purses everyday -- I always have the same wallet, so I can never forget it at home, and I take my pill at 12:30 pm everyday because I wake up at different times in the day and go to sleep at different times at night. I know that I’ll at least be up by 12pm. If I’m at school or work, I can just stop and go pop a pill I always have water with me. It works perfectly!

Always carry it on my purse!
- I carry it on my purse. Although I try taking it between 12-2 in the afternoon, I would take it before that time if I see it on my purse before that. Also, I set my cell alarm. But really, having it on my purse helps a lot because I always check it for something... =0)

I can't remember!
- I never remember to take the pill because I don't have a set schedule. I wake up at different times every day, go to bed at different times, and my days aren't the same... sometimes I have class and other days I work. I'll take it for two or three days at the same time, and then I'll forget the next -- so I make up for it by taking another in the morning and forget to take the one that I was supposed to that day. I could use some suggestions, too! Please post!

iPhone
- Better than a manual alarm and more discreet, I use an iphone application: "the pill". It calculates automatically the days, sends alarms and track the current pack (useful to check if I forgot a pill or not). I also always take the pill in morning.

routine and partnership
- I take my pill every morning when I brush my teeth. Since I ALWAYS brush my teeth in the A.M. I never forget my pill, and to reinforce that I keep my pill pack next to the toothpaste. Also, my boyfriend always checks my pill pack each night at bedtime to make sure i took that day's pill. It's a good safety net and works like a charm. It also gets him involved and reminds us that birth control is a joint venture. :-)

ALARMS!
- I typically wake up during the week at 7 AM, so I always put my alarm clock and my alarm on my phone (just in case) set to 7 AM to take my pill and wake up. And on weekends I just take it at 7 AM and then just go back to bed! :)

Cell Phone
- I use an alarm clock on my cell phone as my cell phone is never more than a hand grasp away. My girlfriend and I both have are cell phones set and I text her when the alarm goes off and she confirms she took it. Works for us.

Tip to Remember Taking the Pill
- I have been taking birth control pill successfully for about 8 years. I have gotten very accustomed to take my pill right after brushing my teeth before going to bed at night - it is my routine, and I never forget it.

My Children
