Are You Sabotaging Your Contraceptive Success?

So, I know that I have mentioned time and time again how that ONLY contraception that will guarantee that you won't get pregnant is abstinence.  However, I am also a realist and understand that many of you are having sex -- so I am hoping that you are using birth control. I am wondering, though... how many of you are making your contraception less effective without even realizing?

Yep, it happens. Something as simple as having a misconception about contraception or not knowing everything that may cause  your birth control to fail can be the difference between whether or not you could be expecting a little bundle of joy in nine months. Though you may not be purposely sabotaging your chances of contraceptive success, you can be... without even knowing it. But, what kind of Guide to Contraception would I be if I didn't bring this to your attention? No longer will you be unaware of how you may potentially be doing lowering the effectiveness of your birth control. Consider yourself finally "in the know"...
